Pre-owned & vintage: all sales final — that’s the nature of one-of-one thrift. But if the piece arrives not as described (wrong size, undisclosed flaw, wrong item), you get a full refund or replacement, no return shipping needed on our mistake.
If a pre-owned piece has an issue we missed, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right — refund or replacement, your call.
